Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Meet your personal driver at Casablanca airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in and a short rest. Then visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, set on a peninsula overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. After the visit, enjoy your first meal together at a restaurant.

Day 2: Rabat Highlights & Drive to Chefchaouen

Drive toward the famous Blue City, stopping in Rabat — Morocco’s administrative capital. Visit Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, then enjoy Chellah’s historic ruins before continuing to Chefchaouen (arrival late afternoon).

Day 3: Full Day in Chefchaouen (Blue City)

Spend the day exploring Chefchaouen’s blue medina: doors, alleys, stairways, and archways create a unique atmosphere. Enjoy a home-hosted meal with a local family from the Rif Mountains, then in the late afternoon walk up to the Spanish Mosque for sunset views over the town.

Day 4: Volubilis & Meknes to Fes

Say goodbye to Chefchaouen and head south to Fes. Stop at Volubilis, the most important Roman ruins in Morocco, then continue to Meknes to visit Bab El Mansour gate and Hri Souani (granaries and stables). Arrive in Fes and prepare for tomorrow’s guided tour.

Day 5: Guided Fes City Tour

At 9:00 AM, enjoy a guided tour of Fes: Royal Palace entrance, panoramic views of the ancient medina, traditional ceramic crafts, and Fes El Bali. Visit Al Karaouine Mosque & University and a historic madrasa, then end at the famous leather souk and tannery.

Day 6: Fes to Merzouga (Sahara) + Camel Trek

Today is the longest drive south toward the desert. Stop in Ifrane (“Moroccan Switzerland”), then continue through changing landscapes: cedar forests, Ziz Valley palm groves, and fossil-rich Erfoud. Arrive in Merzouga and ride camels to the desert camp before sunset. Enjoy dinner and a magical night under the stars.

Day 7: Merzouga Desert Experiences (4x4 + Culture)

Wake up early for desert light and return to a local hotel for your second desert night. Visit a local Gnawa family and learn about their music and history. Enjoy lunch facing the dunes (try Berber pizza), then explore Erg Chebbi by 4×4, meeting nomadic families and sharing tea along the way.

Day 8: Merzouga to Todra Gorges

Leave the desert and head to Todra Gorge — Morocco’s “Grand Canyon,” surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs. Visit a Berber cooperative for authentic handmade rugs. Afternoon options: explore the gorge further, rock climbing, horse riding, or a walk through the oasis and alfalfa fields.

Day 9: Valley of Roses & Ait Ben Haddou (Guided Kasbah Tour)

Drive through the Valley of Roses with an optional visit to a Berber family for a second local breakfast and a glimpse of daily life. Continue via Ouarzazate (famous film location) to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy a guided visit of the iconic kasbah and village.

Day 10: Ait Ben Haddou to Marrakech (High Atlas Pass)

Enjoy a free morning to explore the village, climb to viewpoints, and pick up small souvenirs. After lunch, drive west to Marrakech via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Arrive and enjoy time in Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.

Day 11: Marrakech Guided City Tour

Day 12: Marrakech to Essaouira (Atlantic Coast)

Day 13: Essaouira Morning & Return to Marrakech

Free morning to explore more: visit the harbor at sunrise to watch fishermen return with their small blue boats, or relax at your hotel. In the afternoon, drive back to Marrakech.
